Sauté finely chopped onion in olive oil in a thick-bottomed pan, add minced meat and fry for 10 minutes, seasoning with pepper, salt, and cinnamon. Dice the potatoes and add to the minced meat. Fry for 10 minutes, then add diced zucchini and cook for another 10 minutes, stirring.
- Onion: 2 pieces
- Olive oil: 4 tablespoons
- Ground beef: 250 g
- Ground black pepper: to taste
- Salt: to taste
- Ground cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
- Potato: 2 pieces
- Young zucchini: 2 pieces

When the potatoes and zucchini are almost soft, crack eggs on top of the casserole and remove from heat after 5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley. I baked it in the oven for the last 5 minutes.
