Steamed Chicken Meatballs

Steamed chicken meatballs are a tender and dietary dish of European cuisine, characterized by lightness and rich flavor. Historically, such dishes were popular in aristocratic homes where the refinement of texture and the beneficial properties of ingredients were valued. Chicken fillet combined with onion, garlic, and herbs gives the meatballs a pleasant aroma, while the addition of milk and egg white makes them especially soft. Steamed, they retain juiciness without excess fat, making them an ideal choice for healthy eating. These meatballs can be served with light sauces, vegetables or a grain side dish. They are perfect for both everyday meals and special occasions when you want to enjoy a harmonious and refined taste.
