Green pea puree is a delicate, airy dish that brings freshness and lightness to any meal. Its roots trace back to European cuisine, where natural, simple flavors and silky textures are valued. The combination of green peas, butter, and warm milk gives the puree softness and a pleasant sweetness that pairs perfectly with meat or fish dishes. It can serve as a side dish and is often used in fine dining as a base for more complex sauces and creams. Peas are a rich source of vitamins and fiber, making the puree not only tasty but also nutritious. The velvety consistency and rich color of this dish turn it into a true culinary masterpiece.
