Spicy chicken fillet wrapped in bacon is an exquisite recipe from Dutch cuisine that combines sweet and salty flavor notes. Tender chicken fillet is filled with an apple filling with raisins, stewed in white wine, giving the dish fruity and caramel hints. Wrapped in smoked bacon, the meat gains a rich aroma and crispy texture, while baking retains its juiciness. This dish is perfect for cozy home dinners or festive gatherings. Serving with arugula and fresh apple slices adds freshness and lightness. Thanks to the unique combination of ingredients, it surprises with its harmony and depth of flavor.
