Zrazy with minced meat are tender potato cutlets with juicy meat filling, a traditional dish of Belarusian cuisine. The history of zrazy goes back to ancient European gastronomy, where similar recipes were found in Polish and Lithuanian cuisine. This dish combines the softness of potatoes with aromatic minced meat enriched with onions, herbs, and spices. The crispy crust formed during frying gives it a special texture. Zrazy are served hot, drizzled with tomato sauce that enriches their flavor with sweet and sour notes. They pair perfectly with fresh vegetables or sour cream, adding lightness and freshness. Zrazy are suitable for both cozy family dinners and festive gatherings as they are delicious, hearty, and look beautiful on the plate.
