Mexican stew

3 servings

60 minutes

Mexican stew is a dish that combines vibrant flavors and a rich history. Inspired by traditional Mexican cuisine, it features a fragrant mix of beef, vegetables, and spices. Sweet peppers add a light freshness while spicy chili adds zest. Tomatoes, beans, and tomato paste create a rich sauce that infuses the meat and makes it tender. The dish is perfect for both everyday dinners and festive gatherings, with its warming taste especially enjoyable in cold weather. Heat can be adjusted by adding more chili or Tabasco. This stew pairs excellently with corn tortillas or rice, allowing full enjoyment of the colors of Mexican gastronomy.
