Lamb skewers with oranges in a spiced yogurt marinade are a masterpiece of Moroccan cuisine, blending the aroma of spices with the tenderness of meat. Inspired by ancient traditions of Eastern hospitality, this recipe combines the spiciness of cumin and paprika paste with the lightness of citrus notes. Tender lamb, enriched with a spicy yogurt marinade and fresh herbs, becomes even juicier thanks to caramelized orange pieces that add an exquisite sweetness to the dish.
