Pork kebab with apples and red onions is a refined dish of Greek cuisine that combines the tenderness of meat, the sweetness of fruits, and the spiciness of onions. Traditionally, Greeks value harmony of flavors, and this kebab embodies their gastronomic philosophy. Apples add freshness and a slight tartness that highlights the softness of the pork tenderloin, while red onions provide a piquant touch. A fragrant apricot sauce with tomato paste and olive oil enriches the meat, making it even more flavorful. The dish is grilled, giving the meat a golden crust while keeping it juicy inside. This kebab is perfect for summer gatherings outdoors, especially in the company of friends and a glass of white wine. The amazing combination of sweet, sour, and salty makes it an unforgettable taste of Mediterranean cuisine.
