Its name translates to 'Eat and be silent,' reflecting the rich taste that needs no extra words. Potatoes fried to a golden crust are mixed with tender, juicy beef that has been boiled and lightly sautéed with onions. The onion adds a sweet note while the spices provide a mild heat. All components come together in a final stew, allowing the flavors to become rich and harmonious. This dish is perfect for a cozy family dinner, especially when sprinkled with fresh herbs.
