Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Boil lightly salted water in a large pot and cook the potato, cut into 2x2 cm pieces. This will take about 12 minutes.
- Potato: 1 kg

Grate the peeled carrot, celery peeled from the top thin layer, and cheese on a coarse grater. Grate the lemon zest on a fine grater. Finely chop the chili and parsley along with the stems. Transfer all the vegetables, herbs, and cheese to a deep baking dish.
- Carrot: 1 piece
- Celery: 2 pieces
- Cheddar cheese: 150 g
- Lemon: 1 piece
- Chili pepper: 0.5 piece
- Parsley: 4 stems

Cut the salmon and haddock into small pieces and add them to the vegetables along with the shrimp. Drizzle with lemon juice, olive oil, season with salt and pepper, add chopped spinach and finely chopped tomatoes, previously peeled. Mix everything well again.
- Salmon: 300 g
- Smoked Haddock: 300 g
- Peeled king prawns: 125 g
- Lemon: 1 piece
- Olive oil: 30 ml
- Spinach: 70 g
- Tomatoes: 2 pieces
- Sea salt: to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper: to taste

Drain the boiled potatoes and dry them, transfer to a bowl and mash with a fork. Cover the fish and vegetable mixture with a layer of mashed potatoes. Place the dish in a preheated oven for about 40 minutes and cook until it is covered with a golden crust.
