Prepare the marinade: 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of wine, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, corn flour.
- Soy sauce: 4 tablespoons
- Wine: 3 tablespoons
- Vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons
- Corn flour: 1 tablespoon

Cut the pork into thin slices. Place the meat in the marinade for 10-15 minutes.
- Pork fillet: 500 g

Heat the pan and pour in the oil. When the oil is hot, add finely chopped garlic and sauté it, stirring constantly for 15 seconds.
- Vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons
- Garlic: 1 clove

Put the pork in the pan and fry it
- Pork fillet: 500 g

Add cilantro, soy sauce, and sugar. Leave on the heat for another 3-5 minutes.
- Chopped cilantro (coriander): 3 tablespoons
- Soy sauce: 4 tablespoons
- Sugar: 2 tablespoons

Before serving, place on a plate with pieces of pineapple.
