Grilled Tuna with Tapenade

Grilled tuna with tapenade is a gourmet dish that combines the tenderness of fish with the rich flavor of Mediterranean paste made from olives, capers, and anchovies. Although it belongs to Chinese cuisine, its taste has Italian notes due to the use of tapenade. Grilled tuna develops an appetizing crust while remaining juicy inside. Tapenade adds spiciness and a slight saltiness to the dish, perfectly highlighting the flavor of the fish. This dish is suitable for a light dinner or festive table. Serve it hot, complemented by fresh vegetables or herbs to enhance the freshness of the taste. It doesn't require complex ingredients but impresses with its harmonious combination of textures and aromas.
