Lebanese cuisine is renowned for its rich flavors and the art of marinating that makes the meat incredibly tender and soft. Lemon adds a tangy acidity to the chicken while oregano brings warm Mediterranean notes. Paprika and garlic paste complement the composition with spicy undertones.
