30 minutes
Grilled lamb and sausages with mozzarella is a magnificent combination of juicy meat, spicy sausages, and tender melted cheese. This recipe is inspired by German culinary traditions where meat and sausages are often cooked over an open flame, acquiring a delicious crispy crust and rich flavor. The aroma of barbecue combined with the tenderness of mozzarella creates a harmonious balance of flavors, complemented by sweet onions soaked in olive oil. This dish is perfect for friendly gatherings outdoors or cozy family dinners as its rich taste and juiciness leave unforgettable impressions. It’s best served with fresh vegetables and crispy bread that highlight the rich palette of flavors. Germans know how to make simple yet incredibly tasty meat dishes, and this recipe is a bright testament to that.
