Madagascar Beef

Madagascar-style beef is a fragrant dish with a rich flavor that combines spicy and fresh notes. Although the name refers to a distant island, it reflects the exoticism of the ingredients rather than true origin. Tender pieces of beef infused with ginger and garlic gain a piquant depth from sea salt and black pepper. Potatoes and bell peppers add texture and light sweetness, while corn starch with tomato paste gives the dish a delicate sauce thickness. The final touch is fresh rosemary, adding refined herbal notes. This dish is perfect for a cozy family dinner or as an impressive treat for guests, combining comfort and sophistication of European cuisine.
