In a large bowl or pot, mix sea salt, sugar (1/3 cup), mild chili with 2 liters of warm water. Add frozen shrimp to the liquid and let it sit at room temperature for 20 minutes.
- Sea salt: 0.5 glass
- Sugar: 0.5 glass
- Mild chili spice: 0.3 glass
- Water: 2 l
- Peeled shrimp: 700 g

While the shrimp is thawing and marinating, chop the garlic finely with a sharp knife and cut a large piece of fresh ginger (about 8 cm) into thin strips (2-3 cm).
- Garlic: 4 cloves
- Fresh ginger: 1 piece

Drain the water from the shrimp and dry with paper towels.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic, ginger, and pepper to the boiling oil and sauté for 1 minute. Add 4 tablespoons of sugar and continue sautéing until the garlic turns pale golden.

Place the shrimp in a pan with garlic and ginger and sauté, stirring, for 1-2 minutes. When the shrimp turn pink, immediately remove from heat and transfer to a plate.
