Chop the spinach finely, and mince the crab meat. Add salt, pepper, and mix.

Cut the pepper into small strips lengthwise, and divide the cabbage into florets.
- Fresh red pepper: 1 piece
- Broccoli cabbage: 300 g

Cut the chicken fillets in half to make thin layers. Place filling on each piece, roll the meat into a roulade, and secure with a wooden toothpick (or tie with cooking thread).

Place chicken rolls, sweet pepper, and broccoli in the steamer tray. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil and cream. Steam for 20-25 minutes.
