Cut the ribs into 4-5 pieces and place them in a bowl. Mix hoisin sauce, soy sauce, rice wine, minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of oil, 2 tablespoons of chopped green onion, and half of the ginger. Pour over the ribs. Mix well and let marinate for 10 minutes.
- Pork ribs: 1 kg
- Hoisin sauce: 3 tablespoons
- Soy sauce: 3 tablespoons
- Sweet rice wine: 1 tablespoon
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons
- Green onions: 3 stems
- Grated ginger: 1 tablespoon

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add rice and cook for 12 minutes, stirring. Drain the water.
- Long grain rice: 250 g

Heat the remaining oil over medium heat. Remove the warm oil from the heat and add the remaining chopped onion and ginger. Season with 0.25 teaspoon of salt. Add to the rice and mix well.

Preheat the grill and lightly oil it. Remove the ribs from the marinade. Grill the ribs for 8-10 minutes on each side.

Pour the marinade into the pan. If it's not much, add 4 tablespoons of water. Boil for 2 minutes, then add the pak choi and mix well. Cook covered for 1-2 minutes.
