Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Fry the sausages in a large pan over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Cut into 5 cm pieces and transfer to a 4-liter pot. Add minced garlic, beans, tomatoes, mustard, and 2 tablespoons of water, and salt. Mix well and cover with a lid. Place in the oven.
- Italian sausages: 1 kg
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Cannellini beans: 800 g
- Canned tomatoes: 850 g
- Dijon mustard: 2 teaspoons
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons

Meanwhile, cut the sweet potato into small cubes and mix with olive oil. Place in a dish and sprinkle with salt. Put in the oven with the pot and bake for 25 minutes.
