The Mediterranean burger is the embodiment of the flavors of the sunny coast. Its history is rooted in the traditions of Mediterranean peoples, where lamb mince, aromatic herbs, and spices create a rich flavor base. Juicy patties infused with the freshness of parsley and mint pair perfectly with hummus, adding a creamy texture to the dish. The spiciness of chili sauce and sweetness of roasted peppers create an amazing balance of flavors, while fresh arugula and crunchy cucumbers add lightness. This burger not only satisfies hunger but transports you to the sunny streets of Greece or Lebanon, where the aroma of spices lingers in the air. Perfect for friendly evenings, picnics, or simply enjoying Mediterranean culinary traditions.
