For the marinade, mix balsamic vinegar, oil, broth, Tabasco, honey, and minced garlic.
- Balsamic vinegar: 100 ml
- Olive oil: 100 ml
- Meat broth: 250 ml
- TABASCO®: 1 teaspoon
- Honey: 50 g
- Garlic: 4 cloves

Cut the beef ribs into four to five pieces, season with salt and pepper.
- Beef ribs: 1 kg
- Salt: pinch
- Ground black pepper: pinch

Grill the ribs on a rack, turning frequently, until cooked (about 20-30 minutes).

10 minutes before readiness, dip the ribs in balsamic glaze and place them back on the grill.
- Balsamic vinegar: 100 ml
- Honey: 50 g

Serve the ribs hot with grilled vegetables or sauces.
