1
First, you need to prepare the marinade.
2
For this, mix soy sauce, oil, honey, and lemon juice.
- Soy sauce: 5 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil: 1 tablespoon
- Honey: 1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice: 2 tablespoons
3
Wash the meat thoroughly and dry it well with a paper towel.
4
Salt well and generously coat with the prepared marinade, thoroughly rubbing it in (as if massaging the meat).
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste
5
Slice the onion into thin rings and wrap the meat on all sides.
- Onion: 1 head
6
Place the meat in a dish, cover with plastic wrap, and let it marinate at room temperature for 2-3 hours.
7
Then take several sheets of foil, remove the onion from the meat, and place it on the foil (matte side in, towards the food).
- Onion: 1 head
8
Pour the marinade in which the meat was cooked into a bowl and set aside, it will still be useful. Wrap each layer tightly in foil separately.
9
The meat must be sealed tightly.
10
Place the meat in a foil envelope on a baking sheet and put the pork in the oven.
11
Bake at 200 degrees for one hour.
12
Then unwrap the foil, and if a lot of liquid has accumulated, drain it.
13
Thoroughly brush the meat with the remaining marinade using a silicone brush and brown it under the top heat (grill) for about 10 minutes.
- Soy sauce: 5 tablespoon
14
Then turn off the oven, wrap the meat in foil again, and let it rest in the turned-off oven for about 30 minutes.
15
Aromatic, tender, juicy meat is ready to serve.
