Prepare all the ingredients.

Scroll the chicken fillet through the meat grinder.
- Chicken fillet: 350 g

Add milk, salt, spices, and mix well.
- Milk 3.2%: 100 ml
- Salt: to taste
- Spices for poultry: 0.5 teaspoon

Break 2 eggs and mix.
- Chicken egg: 2 pieces

Add semolina, mix, cover, and let it sit for 30 minutes.

Peel the onion and chop it finely.
- Onion: 1 head

- Champignons: 200 g

Fry the onion in vegetable oil until cooked, then transfer to a bowl.

Add sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic through a press, salt, and pepper to the bowl with onions and mushrooms, and mix. The filling is ready.

- Mayonnaise: 30 g
- Garlic: 1 clove
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Wash the pan, add oil, add chicken batter, spread it out, cook the pancake on medium heat on both sides. Cook all pancakes this way.
