Shirataki rice poke
1 serving
20 minutes
Shirataki rice poke is an amazing blend of a traditional Hawaiian dish with an unusual Japanese ingredient. Historically, poke originated in Hawaii as a simple meal for fishermen mixing fresh fish with sauces and seasonings. In this version, shirataki is used instead of regular rice, known for its low calorie content and lightness. Tender chicken breast, crispy bacon, and fragrant enoki mushrooms create a rich texture complemented by creamy sauce and tangy dorblu cheese. A light spiciness from curry and chili pepper adds an exquisite Eastern touch to the dish. Shirataki rice poke is not only delicious but also a healthy meal suitable for a light dinner or an original culinary experiment.
