Chicken drumsticks in a skillet are one of the most popular dishes in Russian cuisine, admired for their simplicity and rich flavor. The combination of chicken meat with aromatic spices, garlic, ginger, and chili pepper makes this recipe particularly interesting. Thanks to frying in two types of oil, the chicken acquires a golden crust while remaining juicy and tender inside. The spiciness of ginger and garlic adds Eastern notes to the dish, while chili pepper provides a slight heat. This dish is perfect for both family dinners and entertaining guests. It can be served with a side of fresh vegetables or potatoes to highlight its rich taste. It combines the traditions of home cooking with elements of gastronomic experimentation, making each serving a true culinary delight.
