Place a thick-bottomed pan on high heat and heat it up.

Pour in vegetable oil and then add the rib.

Fry on both sides until golden brown.

Pour in water and send to the oven at 180 degrees for 3-4 hours.

After straining the broth from the ribs, combine it with the duck bones.
