Tofu Steak

Tofu steak is a refined dish of Pan-Asian cuisine where the simplicity of ingredients transforms into a harmony of flavors. Traditionally, tofu is the base of many Asian recipes, rich in plant protein and absorbing the aromas of sauces. In this version, it is fried to a golden crust in coconut oil, enriched with nutty notes. The delicate taste of miso paste adds a light sweet-salty depth, while smoked paprika gives a spicy touch. This dish pairs excellently with vegetable puree, creating a balance of textures. Tofu steak can serve as the basis for a light dinner or part of a more complex gastronomic menu, surprising with its simplicity and richness of flavors. It is perfect for those who appreciate healthy and flavorful food.
