Potato pancakes with chicken mince are a juicy and nutritious dish that comes from Belarusian cuisine. The recipe is based on grated potatoes, which remain light and tender thanks to the addition of sour cream. Chicken mince makes the pancakes even heartier, giving them softness and rich flavor. The slight spiciness of fragrant pepper and the sweetness of onion perfectly complement the dish. The pancakes are fried in a hot pan until golden brown and then served warm with sour cream. They are perfect for a cozy home dinner or a hearty breakfast. In Belarus, potato pancakes are considered a national treasure and a symbol of hospitality. They can be found in various variations, but the main idea remains unchanged – the combination of simple ingredients and excellent taste.
