Prepare all the ingredients.

Cut the chicken across the fibers into strips 0.5 mm thick.
- Chicken thighs: 700 g

Peel and chop the garlic. Cut the green onion leaves into thin strips lengthwise.

Heat a pan with oil over high heat. Quickly fry the chicken until it turns white on the outside but remains raw inside.

Add soy sauce, vinegar, sriracha, sugar, and a little water. Mix thoroughly, reduce the heat, and cook while stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved and the chicken slices are coated with a layer of caramel.
