Couscous with turkey under creamy sauce

Couscous with turkey in creamy sauce is a true delight for lovers of East Indian cuisine. First, we process the turkey: cut it into small pieces, sprinkle with salt and a lot of black pepper. I also recommend adding dried basil. Add other spices to taste. Place the turkey in a deep pan (preferably a wok). Stew in olive oil.
- Turkey: 600 g
- Olive oil: 1 tablespoon

While the turkey is simmering, we prepare the couscous. First, we place the couscous in a bowl and rub in olive oil, then add cumin to the mixture. We let the couscous sit for a while to soften and absorb the oil.
- Couscous: 1 glass
- Olive oil: 1 tablespoon
- Ground cumin (zira): 2 teaspoons

We boil water with one broth cube (either mushroom or chicken) for couscous. We cook couscous in water in a 1:1 ratio. Once the water boils, we add the couscous and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly. After that, we turn off the heat, cover it, and let it sit.
- Couscous: 1 glass
- Bouillon cube: 1 piece

When the turkey is ready, pour in a can of cream and sour cream (you can choose one). After adding, it's better to salt to taste. Continue to simmer with the sour cream and cream. When the sauce starts to thicken, turn it off.
- Sour cream: 1 jar
- Cream: 250 ml

We serve couscous with turkey in sauce. You can sprinkle it with herbs on top.
