Mix the minced meat, finely chopped garlic, crushed walnuts, tomato paste, soy sauce, ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Ground beef: 500 g
- Garlic: 2 cloves
- Crushed walnuts: 75 g
- Tomato paste: 15 g
- Soy sauce: 50 ml
- Ginger: 5 g
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste

Mix everything well and shape small balls.

Fry until golden brown. Then place on a plate and keep warm.

Pour out most of the fat from the pan and add 20 ml of soy sauce, water, and vinegar. Bring the sauce to a boil and pour it over the meatballs.
