Chicken with sesame

Sesame chicken is a magnificent dish of Chinese cuisine that combines the crispy texture of sesame with the tenderness of marinated meat. Historically, sesame has often been used in Asian cuisine for its rich nutty flavor and aromatic properties. Here it not only adds texture but also enhances the rich flavor profile of the marinade made from ginger, garlic, chili, white wine, and soy sauce. The chicken infused with these aromas gains depth of flavor while a light breading makes it appetizingly crispy. This dish pairs perfectly with rice, creating a balanced and nutritious meal that can be both everyday and festive.
