Fry the chicken breasts on both sides for 2-3 minutes each. Transfer to a heatproof dish and keep warm.

Sauté the chopped mushrooms in oil for 5 minutes, add tomatoes, and sauté for another 5-7 minutes. Place on the chicken. Sprinkle with spices and grated parmesan, then add sliced mozzarella on top.
