In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the vermicelli, stirring, bring to a boil and cook for 4 minutes. Drain in a colander and rinse with boiling water.
- Soba noodles: 100 g

Heat the pot. Evenly roast the sesame in a dry pan, transfer to a plate, and let it cool.

Pour oil into the pot and grease the walls. Add finely chopped onion, garlic, grated ginger root, and sauté for 20 seconds. Add the noodles, drizzle with soy sauce and lemon juice, and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
