Prepare the salmon in advance, clean it thoroughly, and wash it well. Chop the dill and onion, and fill the fish with this mixture.
- Salmon: 1 piece
- Dill: 0.5 bunch
- Green onions: 0.5 bunch

Sprinkle salt on top of the salmon and place it in a greased dish. You can make a disposable tray from foil.
- Salt: to taste
- Butter: 20 g

Pour lemon juice over the salmon, then gently pour cream on top after a minute or two. Immediately place in a preheated oven.
- Lemon juice: 1 tablespoon
- Cream: 300 ml

Bake the salmon for about half an hour, then evenly sprinkle with cheese grated on a coarse grater, and bake until done.
