Dumplings with cottage cheese are an unusual and refined version of a traditional dish from Turkish cuisine. Unlike the usual meat fillings, it uses delicate cottage cheese with a vanilla hint, giving the dish an exquisite taste. The thin dough, handmade, envelops the filling, and the slow steaming process makes the dumplings juicy and soft.
