Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Remove the giblets from the turkey and rinse them. If the giblets are in good condition, you can leave them and place them on the baking tray.
- Turkey: 1 piece
- Chicken broth: 3 tablespoons
2
Place the turkey on a baking tray. Separate the skin from the breast to create a small pocket. Put 3 tablespoons of butter on both sides of the breast between the skin and the meat. This will make the breast meat juicy.
- Butter: 6 tablespoons

In a medium bowl, combine water and chicken broth. Add parsley and finely chopped onion. Pour this over the turkey. Then, season the turkey with sea salt.
- Water: 4 glasss
- Chicken broth: 3 tablespoons
- Dried parsley: 2 tablespoons
- Onion: 1 head
- Sea salt: 2 tablespoons
4
Wrap the turkey in foil and bake for 3.5–4 hours, until the internal temperature reaches 80 degrees. About 45 minutes or slightly less before it's done, remove the foil to allow the turkey to brown.
