Prepare the vegetables: peel the carrot and cut it into large, evenly sized pieces.
- Carrot: 2 pieces

Peel the onion and cut it into four pieces.

Peel the potato and cut it in half.
- Potato: 8 pieces

Rinse the green peas.
- Frozen green peas: 100 g

Pour water into a pot, lightly salt it, and add shirataki noodles for 3 minutes. Remove them from the water and set aside.
- Shirataki noodles: 300 g

Slice the meat into thin pieces. All ingredients are prepared, you can start cooking.
- Pork tenderloin: 600 g

Pour a tablespoon of sesame oil into the bottom of a cast iron pot and place it over medium heat. Add the meat, season with salt and pepper to taste. Sauté for 2 minutes, then add onion, carrot, and potato.

Fry for another 2 minutes, then pour soy sauce, mirin, sake, and add powdered sugar into the pot. Mix well. Transfer the shirataki noodles as a single block to a cutting board, cut into four pieces and place in the pot. Then pour in the dashi broth.
- Soy sauce: 100 ml
- Mirin: 50 ml
- Sake: 50 ml
- Powdered sugar: 2 teaspoons
- Shirataki noodles: 300 g
- Dashi broth: 500 ml

Reduce the heat, cover with a lid, and cook for 30 minutes.

Then add green peas and cook for another 10 minutes. Everything is ready: you can serve the dish at the table directly in the pot!
