Wash the pork, cut it into small pieces, and season with salt and pepper.

Sauté the onion in heated vegetable oil, add the pork, and fry while stirring over high heat until browned.

Rinse the grains in several waters, pour boiling water over them, and add to 800 ml of boiling salted water.
