Baked fish in foil is a dish of Georgian cuisine that embodies the richness of fresh herbs and spices aromas. Fish soaked in lemon juice gains tenderness and a slight tanginess, while mint and cilantro add a refreshing touch. Baking in foil preserves juiciness and makes the texture incredibly soft. This dish is perfect for both festive tables and family dinners. It pairs harmoniously with a glass of white wine and fresh bread. Georgian traditions of using greens and spices make it special, adding depth and richness to the flavor. Try it and feel the atmosphere of Georgian hospitality in every bite!
