Boil the rice until cooked.
- Basmati rice: 1.5 kg

Cut a small cap off the pumpkin.
- Pumpkin: 4.5 kg

Remove seeds and fibers from the pumpkin. Use a spoon to remove some flesh from the walls. The wall thickness should remain about 12 mm.
- Pumpkin: 4.5 kg

Wash the raisins, dried apricots, and prunes, then chop them finely.
- Raisin: 250 g
- Dried apricots: 250 g
- Prunes: 250 g

Fry in butter for 3-4 minutes.
- Butter: 180 g

Soak the almonds for 20 minutes.
- Almond: 350 g

Chop the walnuts coarsely. Add to the dried fruits. Mix everything well.
- Walnuts: 200 g

Add nuts and dried fruits to the boiled rice. Salt it. Mix.
- Basmati rice: 1.5 kg
- Walnuts: 200 g

- Dried apricots: 250 g
- Prunes: 250 g
- Salt: to taste

Grease the prepared pumpkin inside with honey, add the filling. Cover with a lid.
- Pumpkin: 4.5 kg
- Honey: 200 g

Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 1.5 hours.

Remove from the oven, cut off the top, and optionally place a piece of butter and a little honey on top.
