Cabbage pancakes with eel

First, prepare the draniki. Cut the cabbage into strips, blanch in boiling water, and cool.
- Cabbage: 800 g

Add eggs, flour, salt, pepper, and chopped dill.
- Chicken egg: 4 pieces
- Wheat flour: 120 g
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste
- Dill: 8 g

Spoon the mixture onto the pan and fry on both sides until golden brown.

Prepare spicy sauce. Mix 50 grams of mayonnaise, kimchi, sriracha, 10 grams of unagi and chili, and mix well. Ready.
- Mayonnaise: 50 g
- Kimchi sauce: 10 g
- Sriracha: 20 ml
- Unagi sauce: 50 ml
- Sweet chili sauce: 10 ml

Prepare unagi-mayo sauce. Mix 50 grams of mayonnaise, coconut milk, grape seed oil, and 40 milliliters of unagi. Mix well. Ready.
- Mayonnaise: 50 g
- Coconut milk: 5 ml
- Grape seed oil: 5 ml
- Unagi sauce: 50 ml

Slice the eel into thin slices.
- Unagi sauce: 50 ml

Assemble the dish. Place slices of eel on the cabbage pancake and torch with a gas burner.

Pour with spicy sauce and unagi-mayo sauce.

Sprinkle with tuna flakes and finely chopped green onions. Place the yolk in the center.
