Lamb ribs in foil are the embodiment of Russian culinary traditions, combining the rich aroma of spices, tenderness of meat, and noble acidity of lemon. This cooking method preserves the juiciness of the ribs by soaking them in marinade and spices. The meat baked in foil turns out incredibly tender, while garlic and Italian herbs add depth to the dish's flavor. Historically, lamb has been valued for its rich taste and nutritional value, especially in the cold regions of Russia. These ribs pair perfectly with baked potatoes, fresh vegetables, and a glass of red wine. They will be the centerpiece of a family dinner or festive table, delighting all guests with their unmatched aroma and taste.
