Pour milk and beer into a deep container, add sugar, eggs, and a pinch of salt.
- Milk 3.2%: 200 ml
- Light beer: 100 ml
- Sugar: 40 g
- Chicken egg: 3 pieces

Whisk the pancake batter with a blender, gradually adding sifted flour.
- Wheat flour: 200 g

Boil 300 ml of water and gradually add the boiling water to the egg mixture while blending.

Heat the pan and grease it with vegetable oil.

Cook the pancakes on both sides until done.

Prepare the filling for the pancakes. Chop dill and crab meat finely.

Add the cream cheese and gently mix. The filling is ready.
