Wash the pumpkin, cut off the top, then use a spoon to remove the flesh and seeds, and rinse again.

Separate the edible part of the pulp from the seeds, finely chop it, add boiled rice, washed raisins, pitted mirabelle plums, peeled and julienned apples, sugar, salt, ground cinnamon and mix well.
