The burger is a legendary dish of American cuisine that originated in the early 20th century. Its foundation is a juicy beef patty cooked to the perfect balance of tenderness and a crispy crust. The bun, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, carefully holds layers of fresh vegetables, zesty sauce, and stretchy cheese, creating an ideal combination of textures and flavors. This dish is suitable for both a quick snack and a cozy family dinner. With each bite, a rich palette of flavors unfolds: the sweetness of tomatoes, the slight tanginess of pickles, the creaminess of cheese, and the richness of the meat patty. It is served in many variations but the classic burger remains an unchanged symbol of gastronomic pleasure, combining simplicity in preparation with incredible enjoyment from eating.

1
Cut the buns, it's better to make the bottom part thicker. You can create a groove in the bottom part of the bun for better burger stability.

2
Heat the pan, add some butter, and fry the buns until golden brown over medium heat, repeating the process for each bun.
- Butter: 10 g

3
After frying, you need to spread the ready burger sauce or a homemade one on the bottom part of the bun.
- Burger sauce: 4 teaspoons

4
Place the minced meat in a deep bowl. Add pepper, salt, and a spoon of sunflower oil, spices to taste, then mix everything. Grease the working surface with oil or water. Form patties weighing 100 grams. It is best to shape the patty with a diameter of 12.5 cm; you can use molds for patties.
- Mixed mince: 200 g
- Sunflower oil: 2 tablespoons
- Ground black pepper: to taste
- Salt: to taste
- Spices: to taste

5
Pour a little vegetable oil into a clean pan and place the patty, frying for 1 minute and 45 seconds over medium heat.
- Sunflower oil: 2 tablespoons

6
Flip the patty and fry for 1 minute and 45 seconds, adding a piece of butter and a slice of cheese on top 30-45 seconds before the end, then fry for the remaining time.
- Butter: 10 g
- Processed cheese: 2 pieces

7
To assemble burgers, you will need: 2 lettuce leaves, 2-3 slices of tomato, and 5 round cucumber slices. Onion to taste. Layer lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, patty with cheese, and onion on the bottom part of the bun. Spread two teaspoons of barbecue sauce on the top part of the bun.
- Green salad: 1 piece
- Tomatoes: 1 piece
- Lightly salted cucumbers: 1 piece
- Sweet red onion: 1 head
- Barbecue sauce: 4 teaspoons

8
Cover all ingredients with the top part of the bun. Finish assembling the burgers.

9
Send the burgers to a preheated oven for 2 minutes and 20 seconds at 200 degrees. The most important thing is not to dry out the burgers.

10
When cooked properly, the buns will be crispy and the burger warm. Enjoy your meal!
