Tenderloin in sour cream

Clean the cut from tendons and slice into pieces 1–1.5 cm thick.
- Beef tenderloin: 125 g

Slightly pound the meat pieces, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and fry on both sides in a pan with melted butter.
- Melted butter: 10 g
- Salt: to taste
- Ground black pepper: to taste

After that, pour sour cream over the meat, add cloves, cover the pan with a lid, and simmer on low heat for 10-12 minutes.
- Sour cream: 50 g
- Carnation: to taste

Serve the cutlet in the same pan.
