Rinse the sorted white beans with cold water.

After 20-25 minutes, drain the water, refill the beans with cold water, and cook until done, then strain.

Cut the lamb into small cubes, place it in a pot and fry in oil, then pour in the bean broth to cover the lamb, close the lid and stew.
