Boil broth from lamb cut into pieces.
- Mutton: 150 g

Place boiled meat in a pot, add finely chopped and fried onion, pour in some broth, and simmer the meat for 15-20 minutes in a covered dish.

Boil the coarsely chopped bean pods separately in broth and strain them.

Place the stewed meat in a pot, surround it with boiled bean pods, sprinkle everything with salt and pepper, then pour beaten eggs over it and put it in the oven for 3-5 minutes.
