Trout (ishkhan) in white grape wine

Place clean sticks crosswise at the bottom of the pot, pour in white grape wine: lay the prepared and salted trout on the sticks in 2-3 rows.
- White wine: 35 ml
- Trout: 200 g
- Salt: to taste

Place coarsely chopped tarragon leaves and green onions on top of the fish.

Cover the pot with a lid and simmer the fish on low heat for 18-20 minutes.

Serve the trout hot.
